Tabata (20 seconds on // 10 seconds off for 8 times)
- Hollow body hold
- Arch hold
- First you complete a full tabata (4 minutes) of hollow body hold; then you rest; then you complete a full tabata of arch hold

- 20 Right arm overhead lunges (use something you have, like a bottle of water)
- 20 Sit-ups
- 20 Left arm overhead lunges
- 20 Burpees
